We take our time to get it right, so that you can savor yours. We use the time‚honored basics of using quality ingredients and slow‚cooking to create a mouthwatering BBQ. We start with only the finest ingredients, sourcing all‚natural meat that is raised outdoor on pastures and working with local Midwest farms. We know that there is no substitute for quality. At Blackwood, it all starts with our wood‚burning smoker, where we smoke the meat for fourteen hours before serving it, to achieve the right balance of juiciness and flavor. We set the bar high and make as much as we can from scratch in‚house‚from our signature sauce to our homemade lemonade. We hope that you enjoy it.
